		<description>Excellent discussion with one of the principal architects of the CCR.  Tom Sullivan
and Rick Peters are the two other key prinicipals, but the key element of 
incompatibilty between CCR and CDA was mentioned, but brief.  The key element
of XML use and data elements, DTDs, Schemas and other technical aspects of
the CCR and CDA were not specified.  It would be  very informative to have Dr
Kibbe clarify the specific use of XML that prevents the CCD from being the CCR
with CDA compatibility..</description>
